As part of a study tour in public financial management, SUBATRA supported the visit of the Office of the BARMM’s Chief Minister’s Finance, Budget and Management Service to Pasig City Government. The session brought together the teams of Mayor Vico Sotto and Director Mariam M. Daud to share challenges, lessons learned and best practices. Ms. Emily Mercado, Program Manager of the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines, also joined the activity.
